Sugar can be named / hidden in syrups, sucrose, dextrose, maltose, artificial sweetner, refined breakfast cereals and products, sweets, cakes, biscuits, ice cream, chocolate. Reduce lactose milk. Natural sugar such as fructose, honey and maple syrup may be tolerated in small amounts.
