I Can’t thank Jayne enough for pointing me in the right direction of what foods to avoid after having a food intolerance test. The big ones that came up for me were wheat, aspartame and lactose – by cutting these out of my diet, I have not had the stomach pains or any of the symptoms I was suffering with before I came to see her.
